Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 18th May 2025

1. Eligibility
The Affiliate Program is open to individuals who (a) are at least 18 years old, (b) hold a Singapore-registered mobile number, and (c) can receive payments via PayNow. Each application is reviewed manually — only applicants who receive written approval will be issued a unique promo code and admitted to the programme.

2. Earning Commission
• You earn a commission for every first-time paying user who completes checkout in SGD and applies your promo code to purchase an Individual or Couple Access Pass.
• The standard commission is S$5 – S$10 per qualifying sale, depending on your tier (confirmed with you in writing).
• If the buyer forgets to apply the code — or has used TeleExpense Tracker before — the referral is not eligible and will not be retro-credited.

3. Payouts
• Minimum payout threshold: S$10 in accrued commissions.
• Payouts are processed to your registered PayNow number in the first week of each calendar month.
• A one-month holding period applies after the subscriber’s payment date to cover charge-backs or refunds.
• We reserve the right to offset or withhold payments where fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.

4. Self-Referral Policy
You may not earn commission on purchases made by yourself, by the same Telegram ID, email address, or payment account. Friends and family referrals are welcome so long as their accounts are distinct.

5. Promo Code Usage
Each affiliate is assigned one active promo code. Codes are single-use per customer, cannot be stacked with other discounts, and must not be shared in a misleading or deceptive manner.

6. Brand Representation
Affiliates may use approved brand assets including logos, product screenshots, and copy provided in our press kit solely to promote TeleExpense Tracker. Please do not alter the logo colours, imply official sponsorship, or claim to be part of the development team. Misrepresentation may lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Tracking & Status
A live dashboard is not yet available. Affiliates may message us on Telegram for real-time updates, and we will issue monthly summaries on a best-effort basis. Our internal records are final and conclusive for all commission calculations.

8. Termination Clause
TeleExpense Tracker reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (a) reject any application, (b) suspend or terminate an affiliate account, (c) withhold or revoke commissions, and (d) modify commission rates, promo code discounts, payout schedules, or programme structure at any time. Reasons may include (but are not limited to) suspected fraud, abuse, non-compliance with these terms, changes in platform fees, or operational considerations. Where practicable, we will provide prior notice; otherwise, changes take effect immediately for future referrals.

9. Policy Updates
These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
